Transparent administration of fines:
The Hans and Ilse Breuer Foundation is recognized as a non-profit organization, most recently with a notice of exemption from the Frankfurt am Main III Tax Office dated November 30, 2020 for 2017 to 2019.
We are registered in the list of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt (list number: 12505).
We use monetary donations exclusively for the purposes stipulated in the articles of association. We notify you immediately of any changes to the articles of association.
We reliably administer your monetary deposit. We maintain a special account for payments from fines, which is used exclusively for the use of fines.
We ensure that no donation receipts are issued for payments from monetary charges.
We process your allocations carefully and inform you promptly about incoming and missing payments. The competent higher regional courts are regularly informed about the amount and use of allocations and payments of fines.
